Waveguns don't seem to actually, do anything. Or stun. You can shoot dudes with it but it doesn't seem to actually stun dudes or deal slowdown or stamina damage.

I definitely confirm. Even on paralysis it did dun nothing.
I think this bug's going on for a good while, maybe even back to the stun rework or addition of all the knocked-down, stunned, etc. icons. Pretty sure it was concurrent with the bugs about butcher's knife and other throwables not stunning people. Perhaps that has something to do with it?
