Ghost Drones can't lay cable while moving - sodly - 05-16-2019
Previously, activating cable from a ghost drone's loadout or held in its magtractor would make it enter automatic wire-laying mode (as it does with humans). It still sends the 'Now laying cable while moving.' text when you try it, but it's entirely nonfunctional, and attempting to activate it again gives another 'Now laying cable while moving.' instead of the expected deactivation message.
Manually laying cable by clicking on the floor still functions as expected. Humans are unaffected. I've not tested whether engineering borgs experience the same issue with their cable coils.

Can confirm that this has happened and it is VERY annoying.
