All other vendors accept IDs inserted into PDAs, Oxy vendor doesn't. Removing the card from PDA and swiping that works just fine.

It's old technology. Card only. None of that fancy wireless voodoo.

That doesn't really hold up when there's like, THREE PR-1 Automated Checkpoints as merchants that accept them.
