Suffocation Interface Issue - AwkwardDryad - 03-26-2019
Ever since this last patch, I haven't gotten any interface warning that I'm suffocating until I'm in crit.

I can confirm experiencing weirdness around suffocation warnings as of this morning. It seems that even the speech effects (gasping, tiny font) won't show up when you're in low oxy rooms or underwater...until it updates all at once to put you in deep red. Thus far I've personally only experienced this bug on Oshan; O2 warnings appeared to pop up as normal on Atlas, so it might not be a 100% of the time problem.

I put a cap on the amt of air you can breathe(or fail to breathe) all at once - that *might* address this problem, idk. let me know
EDIT : this fix will only be reflected on goon1 and goon2 for the time being, the other servers will update on a delay
