[Feature] Brown & Clown Weed - aft2001 - 02-16-2019

This thread, basically.
Adds two new kinds of weed: Brown & Clown. Brown contains Fartonium, whereas Clown contains Fartonium and Honkfartium. Both contain THC, of course. Sprites included.
The mutations don't have prerequisites (as I can't figure out how to do that), so they can just happen from default seeds without infusions.

There are already five weed variants; I don't think there needs to be any more. Maybe it would be better to make these mutations of different plants? Like beans or something?
