Click+Drag to transfer contents of containter - mbc - 06-21-2013
So say you want to fill up something like a watering can, sleepy pen, or drinking glass really quickly with another container. It would be pretty convenient if you could click+drag your own container to the receiving one and immediately do the whole transfer process. It'd make more sense than always having to transfer things 10 units at a time.

The title made me think of the same thing but for item containers, like backpacks and boxes.
It would be super nice to be able to pull everything from a toolbox into your tool belt without the hassle, but it isn't that big of an issue to click a few times.

I like this idea, it sure would make moving 300+ ores of various types from one fabricator to another much easier, can't tell you how fun it is standing around (completely vulnerable to any antagonists) for 5 minutes.

You can autoload ores from a crate. Empty out one fabricator, pull a crate over the ores and close it, then drag the closed crate onto the second fabricator. Quick and easy.
