You can pick up taser recharge racks - drWoof - 01-22-2019
How to reproduce:
1. Break into security
2. Find a taser recharge rack
3. Clickdrag onto yourself
4. Put into backpack
5. Have fun with an item that automatically recharges your tasers and can hold up to three tasers
6. Throw empty taser rack at someone to block their path when they are chasing after you
7. Win at life
