Perhaps you need to emag it on both ends for it to work and also, like in the video, can be shot right back at (In this case though you would be able to shoot back at the "hitler")

Maybe you could shoot the phone, and it breaks your phone and makes a loud POP on the other end. Something something hotline got too hot to handle, looks like the line's dead, wrong number I guess, okay bye.
