Pizza is already a material that can be used to make things, so I think pizza based stabbing items, like shards, spears, arrows, etc. Should add some amount of cholesterol to the targets system when attacked. And Pizza arrows should slowly build up cholesterol until removed like how telecrystal arrows teleport people.
Edit: Actually maybe pepperoni and cheese instead of cholesterol

I'm sorry I don't understand what you mean? I know you can alloy it, but you can also make it into an arrowhead, to make a pizza spear or arrow. Do you mean that pizza alloys already do this?
