[Feature] adds black skirt to the uniform manufacturer - Adhara In Space - 12-24-2018
its pretty self explanatory i think! the black suit looks really nice and i really wanted a skirt version but i couldnt find one in any manufacturers or vendors. so i just made this patch to make the black suit dress manufacturable in the same place as the normal black suit!
i tested to make sure that it works locally!
