You put a label on the photo of Adrian Clarke and a drain.
Adrian Clarke throws the hand labeler.
This is a photo (Use a labeller you dork).
In the photo, you can see Adrian Clarke. He's holding Gas Tank (Air Mix) and a camera. There's also a drain. It is a tiny item.

To be fair, hand labelers aren't that common (not as much as a pencil or pen or crayon anyway).
