When you have a cyberheart, ingesting initrobeedril should make your heart turn into a B-33 instead of a regular heart bee. Of course, royal initrobeedril should also turn your cyberheart into a queen B-33.
Maybe synthhearts should have green bees and queen bees pop out as well.
