Don't know how reproducible this is, but I revenanted somebody who had die to a thousand bee stings and had that "unconcious vision" stuck. I could see the 3x3 non-fogged area around the character and use shockwave, but not target anybody with abilities. I could also move around normally.
I feel like it maybe possible to reproduce it by having a ton of bees kill somebody or just using a lot of poison damage as that would replicate what happened to the poor sod, though there may have been an animated object involved as well.
