I'm not exactly sure how this happened. Attached if a video I recorded of it.

I THINK, that he got trapped in the wall somehow due to me having a grab on him, and him stepping in a floor flusher. Then he kinda appeared in that wall. Near the end of the video, he get's thrown in the floor flusher when the monkey accidentally triggers it.
