Found this happening in several medpacks recently, such as the one that spawns in security.

Doesn't seem like something that would be limited to Oshan. Do we know if some of these bugs extend to other maps as well?

Not looked into, but my expectation is that the way the supplies are spawned in on creation isn't sync-ing up correctly. Would also explain this. It's likely this is common on Oshan due to the higher load required to generate the Oshan map(s).

I can't reproduce this locally but it may have been fixed as a side effect of some other work. Is this still a bug?
