Silently escape handcuffs while being grabbed. - kyle2143 - 07-28-2018
Steps:
1. Handcuff someone.
2. Grab them to disarm intent.
3. Handcuffee clicks the "resist" button and starts taking off handcuffs. Their sprite doesn't show the progress bar indicator, but I think it does show the text saying they try to remove the cuffs
4. Walk around with them, and they will still progress in picking the lock. Unlike how it has always been where for years that it would interrupt you.

should be fixed now but i can't test this by myself
