Visual-only bug, but it's still probably a bug: some critters that have 2 hands, like fire elementals or spessman figures, have 2 left hands.
I would post a screenshot but when I tabbed back to the game I was exploded.

probably just giving them 2 /hand s instead a /hand/right and a /hand/left
