On Wednesday, May 9th, 2018, kremlin updated:
Cameras are now scannable/constructable.
I just tried to scan a Wall mounted Security Camera:
"The structure of this object is not compatible with the scanner."
I'm not sure if I interpreted the changelog correctly, and that it might refer only to the large, pull-able cameras.

That one was referring to those handheld film cameras. And yes, it was really Elusifff's fault

It was only referring to the kind of cameras that you use to take pictures, not security cameras.
