If only to cut down on huge cluttery messages in the chatbox. Chat QOL improvements are always good!
Also: make Guardbuddy chatter a light-grey colour and smaller!

The other benefit here, you'd be much more likely to notice it, especially if when you had a winning ticket it actually pinged you specifically

I object to this because I often-times have my PDA off and I would like to know about how Jay Wolff won a million credits so I can mug him.

More PDA-centric stuff makes the Detomatrix actually worth something, and punishes metanerds who turn off their messaging at roundstart like unfun fartholes.
