Stable mutagen causes rads. And the only time I have ever seen stable mutagen used was one scientist who just discovered it spending twenty rounds trying to turn literally everyone into copies of themselves. Feature.

It doesn't actually give rads anymore. I don't think it should be able to be put in a hypospray though

Stable mutagen is indeed safe (no rads). I will vehemently oppose it going in a non-emagged hypospray, however.

I can only imagine what Cronos would do if he were able to put stable mutagen into a hypo...
