Mechanics can't scan cargo pads anymore - Noah Buttes - 06-03-2018 Cargo pads (these things: ) used to be scannable with the device analyzer but aren't now, for some reason.  I don't see any mention of this in the changelog, so I'm assuming it's unintentional.
