Knowing you can do literally anything you want seems like a pretty nice thing to know. Sadly, the info tends to be lost in between the shit everyone is saying at any given time.
Getting the same pop-up as antags would fix this, Especially considering emagged Cyborgs basically run on ass day rules.

They don't get a GIGANTIC ASS POPUP, but they do now get a popup that they need to acknowledge.
