Reinforcement chromosomes aren't particularly useful for a non-traitor, but are utterly vital for anyone planning to do shenanigans with the stealth DNA injector.
This solution partially addresses complaints of an excess of limited use chromosomes while simultaneously buffing a unique and under-utilized traitor tool into the realm of usability.
