Boxers should be able to specify a nickname. When you join as a Boxer, you get a popup asking for a nickname. It gets put on your ID between your first and last names.
Irene Mincine has joined as a Boxer!
My nickname is "Fartclown"
My ID is Irene "Fartclown" Mincine!
You know, like a ring announcer.

I agree, and would also suggest the job title be changed from "Boxer" to "Fighter"
I feel Fighter is a much more inclusive title, as it also takes into account that the gym also has wrestling gear they could choose to wear. It also paves the way for additional gimmick based on martial arts and other competative combat skills like Fencing
