Vampire brain was not able to become AI - Recusor - 03-23-2018 Hello! Last night I had a fun Vamp round, and ended up being gibbed by microbombs but my brain survived. It was put into a new AI, however I was not pulled from the afterlife, AI was given random name but was braindead. My brain was taken out, another was tried but was turned to dust so mine was put back. I AHelped it and I think Flourish did some admin magic to put me in the AI, but I was not able to set name etc. No regrets and many thanks for the admin help at the time, but worth a bug report RE: Vampire brain was not able to become AI - Eibel - 03-23-2018 Might have something to do with the being gibbed to get the brain, I've thought it was intentional that the brains act differently if you were gibbed to die than if they were removed RE: Vampire brain was not able to become AI - amaranthineApocalypse - 03-23-2018 Yeah, i think the gib() proc strips the brain of any association to your client before throwing it out on the ground.
