[FEATURE] Spray Applicators - CameronWoof - 03-14-2018 This patch introduces spray applicators (or medsprays), which are whitelist-enabled reagent containers that call touch reactions. Functionally, these act like patches with a refillable internal reservoir.  Clicking in-hand will toggle between 5- and 10-unit sprays, allowing better case-by-case control than a box of patches would—though, at 80 units, their capacity will end up being less than a full patch box. - Medsprays are added to code (in six colors) - Medspray boxes are added to code (contains one of each color, empty) - Three preloaded medsprays are added to code (styptic, silvsulf, and synthflesh) Includes unique sprites for medsprays, in-hands, and medspray boxes. Can be found in debris field or medcrates. Mostly good for goofs and also melting people's faces and being fancier than a spray bottle.
