It's almost worth bringing back fart stamina burn for harm intent just so I can see people knocked unconscious in fartpiles.

So basically
- Farting on someone's face on help: gets the person up faster
- Farting on someone's face on disarm: no effect(?)
- Farting on someone's face on grab: drains their stamina
- Farting on someone's face on harm: toxin damage.

I originally read it as an actual intent separate from help, disarm, harm and grab, and wondered wtf it was supposed to do, like clicking someone while on fart intent would somehow fartily interact with them ? Well...
