Arm Wrestling;
Click a table with an empty hand on grab intent to prop your elbow up on the table, indicated by a chat message of you looking ready to arm wrestle, and the grab icon appearing on the table. Another player can then click the grab with their grab intent and the arm wrestle begins, both players try to upgrade their grab as fast as they can by either clicking their in-hand icon or spamming the "use" key (or both if you are a pro) and the first player to reach maximum grab slams their opponents hand to the table with a loud crashing sound.
perhaps there could be some sort of back and forth by making it so that when one player's grab level goes up, the other player's goes down, possibly making for more prolonged and tense matches

Using the bathroom could cure food poisoning issues. Sit on the toilet and fart until you feel better.
You should be able to puke into containers when sick. Instead of getting the floor real gross, you could carry around a bucket or bag to throw up into, or throw up into a toilet to get better faster

Electromagnet
A hassily assembled collection of wires metal and a power source that allows you to do silly things like rip guns and metal objects out of peoples hands and poses a rather nasty threat to people with implants and also cyborgs. It could work like a singularity that only works on things that are whitelisted (e.g already magnetic)
Could be a traitor item, a weaker version could be built using a battery, metal and wires which is less harmful to most people.
This also poses the challenge of finding a weapon that doesn't fling out of your hands when you turn it on. This might even cause people with wrestle belts to momentarily get stuck until they destroy the magnet.

Handheld cannon: Traitor item, 12 telecrystals. Bulky-size, very obvious inhand sprite. Instantly gibs whoever you shoot with it, but you only get one shot.

let us use the traitor janitor trash cart to compress more than just people. put a bunch of wheat in, get a hay bale out, for example. would probably just be a pain to sprite these things though

Hay bales can then be rolled around and move in a given direction until they hit an obstacle? Anyone hit by the bale is caught up in it and rolls with it until it stops, suffering from minor brute damage?

A traitor botanist cart, bales anyone inside into wheat cubes. Not deadly, but it does trap your target in a bale of really itchy hay. Add in crops for it to infuse its victims with whatever's in your hellveggies.
Farmer Syndidiah's Space Baler comes with a free pitchfork, straw hat, and rugged overalls.

I wrote that before I saw the new grab implementation but it could still be neat, I figure there's probably more room for petty dispute settling outside of boxing matches to the death
