I think coders know about that trick but don't care cause you are stuck in centcom forever till the round ends anyway. Just don't abuse it to hell like put bombs or something on the shuttle I suppose.

The trick is almost entirely based on luck because getting there is situational (and you have to know how to do a thing that isn't obvious), and if I was going to abuse it, I'd steal one of the teleporter radios, melt a wall into the teleporter room, and throw a pizza party via teleporter.

I don't actually know if the radio would work on the centcom zlevel though.

Teleporters do not work at all at centcom.
