Hemp Rope lets you hogtie people. It’s like cuffing them but they can’t move at all. They can still Resist out of it but they won’t bolt off if you don’t keep them stunlocked.

Gas powered exoskeleton
Combine jetpack, rods, some junk from the workbench (Gears and some sort of pump) to form a metal contraption you wear over your uniform. Unless workbench is a mess, then maybe someone could throw gears and pumps into general manufacturing. The idea being you waste a jetpack but instead get jackhammer punches or something silly like that.
Disadvantages: Uses a jetpack for things that aren't spaceflight. Has limited armor protection and zero bullet proofing. Probably prone to breaking.
Advantages: Lets you temporarily play hulk without genetics. Maybe combine it with rocket boots for more fun.
