The nano-fabricator next to mining's nano-crucible doesn't have any blueprints. Furthermore, there's no o2 canister like on other maps to fill up your miner's jetpack.

Miners can't access their department(including the engi spacesuits) without spacewalking because they need to go through the engine, which they have no access to.
