A new wire is added to vendors that, when pulsed, plays one of their lines at random (if they have any), and prevents them from playing when cut.
Also, player vendors should get custom lines. This totally won't be horrible.

Add voices to them ala Head Surgeon and wire it up to play the voice lines every second
Then group a dozen or so together

Traitors, spiefs and surplus crates can get access to a syndicate basketball uniform including the illegal basketball, wearing the uniform now allows you to aggressively throw the basketball at people knocking them down, you also gain the ability to slam dunk basket balls which will shatter nearby glass, lift floor tiles and breach the tile you do the dunk, prone characters that get dunked on take big damage.
Potential scenarios include a 5 vs 5 basketball match Sec vs Syndies.

Gum we can get from a gumball machine. It gives you a "chewing" gum status effect which every now and again emotes "chews" above you.
If you get knocked prone you have a chance to swallow the gum. Gum as a reagent decays incredibly slowly.
You can just *me bubble to try to blow a bubble and with a big failure chance, clowns have a better chance for big bubbles that explode and cover their face briefly.
You can spit out the gum and dropping it sticks it to the floor, or you can stick it under tables (janitors can clean both)

Make retractable claws count as scalpel and scissors for some truly fucked up jack the ripper shit.
Maybe each hand could be a separate tool, or maybe either hand can click the scissor and scalpel surgical prompts.
I wouldn't go so far as letting them be a saw, so that heart or brain doesn't just become dominant strategy.
