Remove sec portabrig shuttle objective. It's kinda annoying when sec don't want to kill rampager or put antag with minor crimes inside portabrig for checklisting an objective.

why is this needed: so i personally can abuse my captain access to stumble into the bar at minute three and make a brandy old fashioned to carry around while i wander the station, heckling my crew. this will not benefit anyone but me.

janitors should be able to do a special shove with their mop with a way higher chance of pushing back (chance to knock to ground / knock items out of hands doesn't change)
