Being unconscious removes even the tiny viewcircle you get. Screen goes completely black, and any inventory changes are hidden until you wake up.
Unconscious people get free access to robustris in their mind. Scores from this are not saved to the highscores, as you are just imagining it you goober.

When you have at least 10 seconds of KO whilst sleeping in a bed, unanchors your soul from your body as you embark on a spirit quest. During this time, you act as a ghost, but you cannot see ghosts, read dead chat, or see through walls. You can hear speech around you. You can wake up by returning to your body, but this is not an automatic process. If you are forced awake by other means, you take 1 brain damage for each tile between you and your body.

collectible versions of items may occasionally spawn around the station, with marginally better stats, rarity and a serial number — they can also be sold off with value based on rarity type

Syndicate cyborgs to get bonus syndicate tools as part of their module selection, specifically Radio Jammer. Now when a Robotocist slyly removes some security officers heart during surgery they can work with a borg to keep signals from getting out it less obvious ways.

New way to defeat the singuloose.
Cramorb. Tosses it at the singuloose and it might get crammed into the orb.
30% chance.
Reactivating the orb releases singuloose as a tiny round creature with a singularity for a stomach and two large googly eyes called Singlorb.
Petting it excessively will result into being eaten by Singlorb.
Can feed Singlorb anything... making it the perfect garbage disposal.
