They already exist in the code, unless they got removed. Larger powercell that regenerates, regular RCD, and the construction tools.

If the addiction isn't treated then it starts generating whatever that chemical is that makes you attack others.

I would say that you're the one with brain damage for suggesting this.
Though, I do think it'd be funny if severe brain damage actually caused clowns to lose the comic sans chat and dyspraxia
