A good mass murder villain who's creepy but also basically every horror villain. OFC Welder is probably too much of a reference to a different game. I like the idea that the too spoopy void is hiding some greater villain like S M I L I N G M A N or the King in yellow. A legit threat for the disaster round that can pop up and make things worse, or at least carve smiles into corpses. Having him make an appearance during disaster rounds wouldn't be too much of a stretch.
