it literally lets you point your PDA at someone and use it as a gun bam bam, now people will actually carry those fuckers around

make the pcell like 100 cap or something, so everyone doesint start with a 200/200 pcell on roundstart
Like I said, I think being able to cannibalize a PDA for parts and bits in a pinch is something that would be fun and neat
