ye tbh having alternative non naked ways to improve hygiene might help rp, but blood's hygiene adjustment is probably too strong (especially since you can wipe blood off yourself easily, but you still Reek)
perhaps wearing bloody stuff lowers hygiene quickly, instead of a single blood splat hitting you with a fat -20%?

That'd be super nice, the current way chem puddles interact with hygiene is super whack. I got someone to take a look at the code for that to try and figure out why galoshes don't prevent hygiene decay when mopping and he found out it was because of that and that it'd be a whole other thing to fix that
