In my opinion (wich is always right) i think its the players. I was playing and a couple of asshats nearly murderd me for intruding on their loafing, i also agree you should have to emag it to do anything that causes any damage to anything, do not nerf it its that people make cults out of it. I say make a bannable offense to start a cult or destroy the station with it

Nobody ever said the guards couldn't arrest shitheads who are beating people up for loaf-reasons. If they're being dicks, bust 'em and laugh at all the crying that will ensue.

Issue tickets for loafing on the job. And then brig 'em for being total meatheads.
