Every bite you take increases a meter that occasionally rolls a chance to have you choke on a bite of food.
Conversely, every time you drink a liquid the meter decreases.

When you're choking on food, you'll take damage and be unable to speak, coughing instead

Coughs, using resist, drinking water, or having someone click on you with the help intent to perform the Heimlich maneuver

Chlorine now causes borgs to rust, rust gives them a noticeable crusty brown layer and slows them down considerably, scaling with the amount of rust until the borg is immobile, this can be fixed temporarily with oil and permanently with fresh steel sheets

Also add Chlorine to pools

A mini robot that does nothing but can be summoned through PDA like securitron. It does nothing but just summonable.

Sounds like a fun toy. Not questionable, just fun.

Yeah I'm with Kotlol on this. Some kind little wheeled guy.

Maybe naming convention it after the M.U.L.E. The F.O.A.L Friendly Observer Assisting Lightly/"little"
Scope creep: Rotates the sprite on the spot (cute but useless)
Whirrs around
Very low profile like a securitron but has -just- enough space you can draw a face on it with crayon.
Draws on the ground with a crayon so I can finally play LOGO on station (probably not)
