Honestly in some form or another a narnia's locker tool sounds good. It'd probably need tweaking to escape this thread but there's something about it I like. Maybe a significant cooldown.
Still, the idea of a staff assistant jumping into a fixed locker and just houdini'ing out of there is pretty funny.

Butts have health, which regenerates over time. Farting damages butts by a small, but importantly, random amount. If your butt's health drops to zero or below, you fart it off.

New item: Zip ties, publicly accessible and can be used to bundle things together but most importantly can be used as impromptu cuffs like the ziptie cuffs, but worse. They are even easier to get out of but take longer to put on cause they arent specifically designed for such.
Publicly accessible ziptie cuffs, totally wont be abused.

monkestation has something similar where farting has a random chance to have your butt fall off, though i don't really think that idea is questionable as much as terrible

Ultralight parts for borgs: even less health than light parts (5/20/30 for limbs/head/body) and they get damaged by things borgs are normally immune to (eg. fire, punches, tasers) because they're cheap plastic, but in exchange you get to be marginally faster.

In the same theme. Clowns grabbing people with a banana/cream pie in the other hand should "hold up" their hostage. Escaping their grasp either does absolutely nothing or nets a pie in the face.
EDIT: Mimes of course should be treated has having an invisible gun in their hands whenever they do this.
EVIL EDIT: In fact, all mime traitor tools should be completely invisible

Spilling glue on an assembled TTV should add a cooldown to part/tank removal, with the cooldown's lenght proportional to the amount of glue used. This couldn't go wrong at all
