what if there were wacky variants of nukies that were different rival companies that all attacked the station in different wacky and zany ways, imagine bonk tek building a station destroying railgun and everyone has to go stop them

I feel like the elegant solution here is to have the PDA alert mention whatever's in the major crime field, so as long as people fill that in first it's handled.
