Make the Nuclear Bomb alert instead trigger when a nuclear device is detected on the station (IE, the bomb has entered a room with a roundstart APC on the station), instead of when the bomb is armed. Do not tell the crew where the bomb is located when detected, or when the bomb is armed.
Using the Authentication disk on the Nuke when inactive causes it to bypass the detected on station alarm, as well as reducing the time once armed by 3 minutes. The Nuke armed alarm will be triggered when 5 minutes remains on the nuke.
This would add variation to the nukie strats (quiet vs loud) whilst still ending with a somewhat violent battle towards the end should the stealth-ops be successful. Nukies who choose to stealth into the plant site with a preauthenticated bomb will have far more setup time (should they manage the secure their site away from prying eyes), whereas loud nukies will be detected on station early and have a more intense fight
Also, does the tranq pistol still have that obnoxious unique sound effect. can we give the tranq rifle that same soundclip too if theyre both dart firing menaces. Its not very quiet for a stealth weapon.

Floor-pill-o-matic: I don't know how one should obtain it, but it should be an item that makes it much easier to make floor pills, just set a name for the pill, set an amount of units on the device, fill the device with a liquid, then finally interact with the floor whilst holding the device and boom, floor pill. No more carrying around a bottle of floor pills and dropping one every once and a while, now you can go on a pill laying spree!

Yep a pee tracker, if it gets full.. you pee yourself.
Drinking too much raises it faster.
To lower it... you gotta pee in containers to lower it. Or sit on the toilet for a second or 2. Now you are empty.
