Interestingly, there IS a safety wire that stops airlocks from crushing people, but for SOME UNGODLY REASON it is cut by default and needs to be manually mended on every single airlock. Make the wire actually spawn intact and I would be for this.

Actually, mending it allows you to close the airlock on someone else (or you) and deal normal airlock damages. Don't quote me on it though.

Are you telling me that fixing the door allows me to kill someone in record time give myself a suicide I can use on the arrival shuttle?
