I put the medical records thing in my OP; you can even use PDAs.
So seems the consensus (short, but solid) is against puritans being revealed automatically. I honestly expected that, despite the salt IG. As a note: I was only meaning that these statuses be seen postmortem; not antemortem.
Well then, what about DNRs?
