They might be another traitor or just a person of interest to the syndicate. Could be a lot of potential for RP situations and keeps both parties in game and adds interaction beyond one person being repeatedly hounded, flashed, and dragged off to the dark corners of space (though a protective custody situation would be hilarious). Heck, you could still approach it from a "this is for your own good" perspective and toss them in a straight jacket and weld them in a locker for the round. If that's your thing.
