Initializations and acronyms tend to have the last initial tacked on twice. That is, they're affected by RAS syndrome. I find Space Apathy Syndrome Syndrome quite fitting in the SS13 scape.
Now, where to go? Hell is quite nice, and you can technically get there from space with a little help. I'd say the nicest place to hang out is the butcher's kitchen. Especially if he's actively gathering the delicious meats.
