Re: More ideas! - Jerkops - 05-10-2015 I like the waterbot and digbot suggestions. Maybe make the waterbot keep watering plants even when they're full, eventually killing them, or spraying water all over the floors nearby to slip people. Spraying pesticides seems a little much but then emagged medibots can be pretty dangerous too. Re: More ideas! - MaRcuSTheDAWG - 05-11-2015 Playable Critter objectives and expansion With playable critters being a thing now, I guess I will share some ideas about some new playables and expansions to others. Martains
Zapbots
"Guardians" the large orb Zapbots with the red sensor, they have a moderate amount of health, and also a medium recharge time for its energy weapon. "Crabs" The Zapbots seen onboard the Z-Drone, they have a slow recharge time, but are quite robust. "Fixits" The Zapbots that appear in the critter gauntlet, they are weak, but have a fast recharge time. Space Wasps
Space Wasps could have this objective, as well as a "sting" ability with a long recharge if they are to become playable. Plasma Spores

Re: More ideas! - salix_catus - 05-12-2015 Objectives are great and give people a flavour of how to act in that role. more objectives can only be a good thing Re: More ideas! - LinkDaWolf - 05-13-2015 the critter idea sounds pretty neat honestly. i wouldnt mind seeing it in the game :V Lore, I guess. - MaRcuSTheDAWG - 05-13-2015 "The V-Drone, the V standing for "versatile" was developed by Thinktronic during the Galaxy War, in 2174. The V-Drone was developed to be a military assistant for use by the Grand Peace Assembly. The first version of the V-Drone was marketed by Thinktronic as "one tough little guy". This was due to the systems of the V-Drone being resistant to EMP grenades, (Unlike the other robotic units by Thinktronic, the Guardbuddy line, which was intended to operate in commercial and industrial areas.) allowing constant operation of the unit, and, due to its shape, they have been nick-named "Crabs" or "Scuttlebots", most likely due to the crablike nature of the units whilst in operation. The units are common in military installations due to the reliability of the unit, the noteworthy terrorists, the Syndicate, also used heavily modified models of this unit. Due to this, safety restrictions will be implemented in the next version. Overall, the unit is still in production, many versions have been deployed across the galaxy, and Thinktronic's most successful military contribution. And when emagged: Quote:Greeterbot beeps, "HElLi" Re: More ideas! - A4Brogan - 05-16-2015 We already have one, of sorts, that greets people at arrivals, and gives them a tour. You really should, before posting an idea, think "Is this worthy of being on the station, and why?". Otherwise, people are not going to look when you actually have something worthwhile to suggest. Re: More ideas! - Vunterslaush - 05-16-2015 Murray is a really friendly dude and you ought to meet him some time. He gives tours. This little guy just stands here, greeting people as the pass by. He's just a bucket, with a robot arm, and a paper with a smiley face taped on.
