Your mouth gets a set of teeth like a pack of cigarettes, up to eight.
Some AMAZING post about how the Detective and/or Security can scan lost teeth to see who lost the struggle? Anything more than that would require tooth replacement and dental scans and, god forbid, a Dentist position.
Not sure about the latter, but loose teeth on the ground would make bar fights more authentic-looking!

just wanted to add that I think it'd be funny in a dwarf fortress kind of way if we had individual parts for each and every "third toe, right foot" etc that can separately sail off in an arc hilariously.

Anyway, I'd be for not having teeth be able to be removed by any means other than blunt trauma to the face, with maybe an exception for if people were buckled into the barber chair and special tools were used. Tooth removal should be a solution to getting a toothache from eating too much sugar.

I can see this idea going places. Spare teeth lying around? Put them under a pillow and get some quick cash from the tooth fairy! Previous owner of said teeth? Ask your friendly neighborhood Roboticist for a brand new set of BIONIC DENTURES or make a splash at the next party with some Clown-approved BALLOON TEETH. Already made a Buttbot and Skullbot from a Cyborg 'volunteer'? Pluck out those teeth and make a chatterbot: a walking set of teeth that spouts helpful dental tips and, when emagged, can deliver a painful bite! Good haul as a miner and want to wag it in everyone's face? Shove a few gems and nuggets in your mouth! Don't want to go down without a fight? It'll be hard to cuff you when you've got a FLASH GRAFTED TO YOUR GUMS. Vampire giving you trouble? Replace his teeth with candy corn and give the originals to the Clown!

Some of the personal items would be a riot too. Just imagine checking your inventory on the arrival shuttle and finding "Max Bonkerton's Mother's Lucky Teeth"
