I'm actually going to say no.
Yes, he is very robust, but he needs to chill out a bit.
It seems to me that every antagonist he catches winds up on an asteroid or in a burger.
Not every staff assistant with banana grenades needs to be killed man.

Going to agree with Noah here and say no. From what I've seen of Jenkins, every antag he gets his hands on ends up spaced or gibbed. I remember recently he threw Brycen Butte into space as the detective for killing a single person: I'd hardly call that a rampage.
